Kathleen Bailey is President of MediQuest Staffing & Homecare. She has been in the private duty business since 1983 when she started her first homecare agency. She served on the Board of Directors of PA Homecare Association for 6 years including the Executive Board. She was also on the Board of Directors of the Lancaster Chamber of Commerce as well as several other professional and community service boards.
She has written four nationally published books on management of private duty and has been a speaker at many national and state homecare organizations.
Kathy's honors include Best 50 Women in Business in Pennsylvania and she received the Athena award presented by the Lancaster Chamber of Commerce for her professional accomplishments, mentoring and community service.
Kathy is married and is the mother of three daughters and is the proud grandma of five.
Lesley Reyes, RN, BSN is the Nursing Supervisor at MediQuest. She has 25 years of experience in nursing supervision and long term care of the elderly. She was Chairperson of the Lancaster County Office of Aging Advisory Board and has worked in pharmaceutical sales and in the development and marketing of a new assisted living facility.
Lesley meets with our homecare clients, assesses their needs and manages their care as well as supervise our caregivers. She also helps with scheduling to assure that employees assigned to clients have the proper skills and knowledge.
Lesley is married and has two daughters.
Nilda Rodriguez is the primary scheduler for MediQuest. She has been a CNA for 18 years caring for nursing home residents. Before joining MediQuest she was a scheduling coordinator in a nursing home where she established employee work schedules as well as medical appointments for the residents.
She is responsible for scheduling all the day to day activities of our homecare and staffing employees and is our on-call scheduler.
Cindy High is the Human Resources Manager at MediQuest. She has been a CNA for 19 years. She is in charge of assuring that our employees credentials are up to date. She also performs the background checks on applicants for employment and conducts orientations for newly hired staff. She is an on-call scheduler and also helps with scheduling in the office.
Cindy is married and has three daughters.
Cindy Kingsboro is the Billing and Payroll Manager at MediQuest. She is a fully qualified bookkeeper who has 24 years of accounting experience. She has full responsibility for the billing and payroll and other bookkeeping duties.
Cindy works part time at MediQuest because in addition to her husband and 2 sons, she has 25 horses and ponies at home. She offers pony rides for special events and children’s parties, and works with special needs children so that they can experience riding a pony.
