Our caregivers are very carefully selected through a personal interview, a drug screen, and a thorough background check. The background check includes work related references, and criminal history checks through the PA State Police and the Inspector General. All applicants must pass a written test that assesses their knowledge and skills. We also require a minimum of one year of experience.
