MediQuest Staffing & Homecare provides experienced and licensed RNs, LPNs and CNAs for clients throughout Lancaster County, as well as supplemental staff for hospitals and medical facilities throughout south central Pennsylvania. For homecare clients, we provide a free healthcare assessment and personalized care plan by an RN on staff. We also have a care management program for clients to utilize after an illness, hospitalization or if family is not close by to check in on a loved one.
Medical facilities, hospitals and doctor's offices count on us to supplement their staffing needs with experienced healthcare workers. We can also provide staff for specialized roles inside the hospital including transitional care, intensive care, ortho / rehab, medical / surgical, and cardiac care.

Kathleen Bailey, President of MediQuest Staffing and Homecare has been in the homecare industry since 1983 when she started her first homecare agency. After selling that first agency, she wrote a policy and procedure manual for private duty homecare. She also lectured at state and national conferences for 5 years and consulted with agencies to start their homecare businesses. Kathleen founded MediQuest Staffing in 2002.

Kathleen is the recipient of several honors including the prestigious Athena award presented by the Lancaster Chamber that is awarded to a person who inspires women to reach their full business leadership potential, excellence in business profession and contributing significantly to the improvement of the community's quality of life.
Kathleen is married and has 3 daughters and 6 grandchildren.
Lesley joined the team at MediQuest Staffing in 2002. As Director of Homecare & Nursing Services she markets the company to healthcare facilities including hospitals, nursing homes, rehab centers, doctors' offices, occupational medicine and IV home therapy services to provide supplemental staffing of healthcare professionals. She also works with private individuals inquiring about homecare services and develops personal care plans. Working closely with Human Resources, Lesley reviews all potential applicants, conducts onsite interviews, and oversees the nursing staff.
A natural mulit-tasker, Lesley enjoys wearing many hats and staying busy in this diverse position. She is committed to her profession, her employees and her clients to be the best nurse she can be.
A graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University, Lesley is a registered nurse with over 30 years of experience, working in multiple healthcare settings across the country including a Veterans Hospital in NJ, a Trauma Center in Phoenix AZ, Rehabilitation Center in California and in long term care in PA. She also served as a pharmaceutical sales rep and a marketing director for a start-up assisted living facility.
Lesley is a certified healthcare trainer in the state of PA. She was on the Advisory Council for the Lancaster County Office of Aging, holding the position as Chairman for the Council.
Lesley has lived in multiple states due to transfers for her husband's job and appreciates the opportunity to work in different healthcare settings. When she's not working, Lesley enjoys vacationing and traveling with her family. She also enjoys spending time at the Delaware beaches since it's the only time she feels she can sit down and relax.
Andrea Crowell joined MediQuest Staffing in 2017. As Director of Human Resources, Andrea compiles and maintains accurate personnel records for all staffing and homecare employees including pre-employment reference, background checks, verification of professional license or certification and other important credentials. She also conducts orientation sessions for new employees, makes sure all employees are compliant with the Department of Health guidelines and assists with recruiting and advertising for RNs, LPNs and CNAs.
Andrea enjoys the daily interaction with employees in the family-like environment she's found at MediQuest Staffing. Prior to her work for MediQuest, Andrea worked as an Executive Assistant for a non-profit organization. She has experience working in contract management, office administration and customer service. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University. Andrea is passionate about helping others and has volunteered many hours for the American Cancer Society in Lancaster, PA. Traveling with family and friends and photography are among her favorite pastimes.
Ray began his work with MediQuest Staffing in 2012, bringing over 40 years of accounting experience to his position as Accounting Manager. His primary responsibilities include client billing and caregiver payroll. Ray loves working with people and always makes sure clients and co-workers have a great experience when working with him.
Before taking on the accounting responsibilities at MediQuest Staffing, Ray handled accounting functions for small businesses, large multi-national corporations and government agencies.
Nilda joined the staff at MediQuest Staffing in 2006 and currently works as Scheduling Coordinator, scheduling care for homecare clients, nursing homes, hospitals and other medical facilities. Nilda loves the challenge of her position and feels she was born to do this job.
Prior to working for MediQuest Staffing, Nilda has been a CNA for 26 years and worked in area nursing homes. She also served as a scheduling coordinator and payroll clerk during this time. She enjoys traveling to Puerto Rico to visit family and camping with her princess, Kayli.
Heather joined the team at MediQuest Staffing in 2014. She schedules staff at hospitals, nursing homes and for homecare clients. She sees her job as an intriguing puzzle and enjoys the challenge of fitting the pieces together to make sure everything is covered. She also enjoys helping clients feel comfortable with the staff members who come into their homes.
Prior to her job at MediQuest Staffing, Heather worked at a local pharmacy for 14 years. She was in charge of scheduling staff, ordering medications, CM orders, monthly billing, audits for all 5 stores, and filling and keying prescriptions. She also helped patients select their Medicare part D plan for the year.
Heather enjoys spending time with her family. She is married with two daughters. Her family loves the beach and dirt track racing.
